@StuF I got an additional milky yellow crystal with some lines in it that refracts light. Will have to go to their site and match it up with pictures and check the metaphysical qualities

@StuF Cant find a crystal that looks like mine on their website. Will take a photo of it tomorrow and check ChatGBT. Just cooked 9 waffles. Have frozen two bags of them to reheat for breakfasts will have the rest tonight

Hey Tabalugans

I got myself to yoga class. Had to really push hard not to cancel which my stupid mind was telling me to.

It's amazing how little things can happen and my response is to shut-down.

So I got a ridiculously high electricity bill. I couldn't find any aged care providers in SA. My DSP didn't come through. I split my Pepsi Max on the couch. My neice is still "ghosting " me after I really spent myself physically and emotionally.... rahrahrah

Doesn't seem to warrant a shut-down but try telling my head that the whole world isn't conspiring against me and that leaving the house risks everything

Well I overcame the hurdles and went there

And I even broke self protection rule number one: never engage in small talk with anyone!!

Chatted for 40 minutes with a fellow yoga participant

It was OK but she and I seem to have too much in charge for my comfort eg our last psychiatric hospital admission..

I coped okay as she seemed to understand that we were getting to a point where I was uncomfortable.

Am setting in for the evening with TV and Tiny Terror Taali now so should be snuggled up and calm soon

Hello @Taali I'm sorry today didnt work out well for you! Uranus the planet of sudden shocks and surprises is stationing to go retrograde soon its currently in shadow. Whenever a planet stations the effects are more pronounced and felt more acutely. Nothing will work out or go to plan due to the instability of Uranus!

Plus we have a Virgo new moon on Friday which I'm using to manifest things with. I'm setting my intentions now as its a balsamic moon, a time of emptiness for seeding changes. I'm wondering what to manifest? I'm writing it down on a piece of paper and reading it morning and night leading up to the new moon on Friday

@Taali glad you got to yoga, and talked. Yes, I am working through lots of ups&downs with the social stuff. Hope it works out for you. We live and learn. I have a lot of family fragmentation throughout the generations. Its very hard.
