I've been up since 4 this morning So it's been kinda slow until now when "normal " people arise LOL

I'm awaiting an aged care assessment. Feels a bit like admitting defeat but if I could get some help to clean, wash and garden it would really help with my MI.

I stupidly keep trying to call various people before realising that the work day hasn't started yet 🙃

Haha, it’s okay! It’s so easy to do that when you’ve already been awake for a few hours and forget that everyone else is only just starting their day 😂

Not much on today, just a bit of house cleaning and I’ll cook dinner later. Then maybe watch a series or read my book to wind down. What about you? 💛

@Taali hello! I'm an early riser. Was doing my detox protocols at 4am then greeted the sun. Had a good nights sleep again. The blue light blockers seem to be working for my sleep!

Hey @TAB wishing you the best of luck at work today and some nice relaxation massage to unwind this afternoon. We have a massage place around the corner from me which I've been to a few times.
