Hello @TAB @StuF @Taali
Getting back into wearing my Peepers glasses again when using the internet. I think the blue light coming from the computer isnt such a good idea. I got into the Peepers brand through Oprah's favorite things out of her O Magazine which I read in the library. They are infinitely much more affordable and better looking than other glasses you buy locally. I adore the Peepers brand. I love my glasses they cost me half the price of local brands. I think I paid $50 I have been getting into bad habits lately. So am wearing them today in front of the computer. I think not wearing them has affected my melatonin production at night. Did a kinesiological muscle test and I think my estimation is correct, so will see how I go

Hello @StuF how are you? Kitchen still a mess. You went for that immune treatment. Hope all is well in your world. Nothing to report here. Loving the new mantra I learned recently off you tube which has changed my life. We have also just lost a Hindu lady in the online spiritual community I belong to and she is no longer doing substack articles. People wouldnt pay her for her work. A little like some minorities in our community who experience the same thing with being exploited. Her body of work has been incredible and she has made me a much better person. I have evolved a lot from being immersed in her work. It will not be the same without her but she has to close that chapter in her life as it was no longer sustainable. She had to pay for her bills like everyone else and if people arent willing to pay she really had no other choice to get work elsewhere. I hope she gets to where she wants but you just cant continue putting out resources and getting no renumeration for what she produced

Good to know @SmilingGecko
Do your Peepers filter the screen light ✨️
I wear prescription glasses for TV and the football
I'm supposed to wear them for driving but rarely do...
I just forget and most places I drive to I recognise anyway.
Naughty me! Haha 😄

@Taali Yes Peepers with or without correction lenses have blue light filter. I dont know if your prescription lenses filter out blue light, they do provide that option but its more money on top of that. With Peepers like I said they do have blue light filters built in even if you dont need glasses to see properly but just want protection from computer screens and dont need correction lenses. Hop along to Peepers they are amazing glasses. I've bought them several years in a row due to competitive pricing. The look of them is a lot better compared to Australian brands and a good price point.

Well I went to brunch with my sister and once I broached the subject of my MI I got a case of verbal diarrhoea...
I think it went well, I hope so anyway.
@Taali
Thanks for your support 💞

I’m glad you were able to talk to your sister, and I hope you’re feeling a little lighter after getting it all out. You should be proud of yourself for opening up to your sister @Taali 💛

You will be ok @Taali you have an endearing personality to other people. While people dont understand MI i think education is key. Nothing wrong in buying a book on mental illness or attending a family and friends information day to bridge the gap in MI awareness.
