Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @Taali a little introspection is healthy it enables me to understand myself and others and have a more considered world view.

I wouldnt get up in arms over what is happening with your family. I think given you are struggling a bit that some people should cut you some slack and allow you to function according to your given capacity. But I know you are concerned for your niece

I have a liver rescue smoothie every day. My liver suffered under one psych med. I was getting liver function tests every month almost going by memory. I just do it now for maintenance. I had fatty liver for a while which I was able to reverse. Havent had bloodwork in a while so must get onto that. My liver rescue smoothie is tropical it has wild blueberries, papaya and dragonfruit in it blended in water. I drink it every day.

Thats good you dont need your psychiatrist except for private admission to hospital. Sounds like you have a very good setup with a very supportive mental health worker in place through NDIS? It would not leave you out of pocket if that was the case having to regularly see a psychiatrist. They are really expensive! I think the allied workers really do all the work anyway. The occupational therapists and social workers can be lovely people.

Today? What am I doing today? Nothing. Trying to regain my energy! lol

The webinar is free but for the products they are promoting it comes at a price. I've become very educated about self managed super, crypto, gold and silver and stock market strategies but dont have the money to participate.

@StuF

I'm trying to resist by telling myself to leave them walk away and come back later buuut.... I invariably go back and buy them sooner than I should

Must pay the credit card off LOL 😆 😂

Re: Tabaluga's

@StuF @Taali @TAB @Chasingsunsets

I've been using these special "plastic"? produce bags that are reusable to keep my leftover produce for up to 3 weeks. I tried it on parsley and it did not go limp after a whole 3 weeks. It was crisp and crunchy like fresh parsely!!!!!!!!! I'm saving quite a lot of money on produce being able to use it all up. It means I buy less. I try and do no food waste by cooking up whatever leftovers I have in crisper but there were vegies were starting to look limp or mouldy. So these bags cost $3.50 from Woolies. Theres quite a lot to a packet and they are amazing. They are also reusable as I said. This weeks shop I saved $20. So over a month would possibly save $40 only having to top up food every alternate week. Here is what they look like <picture>

Re: Tabaluga's

These bags are incredible. Parsley lasts forever. I think it was more than 3 weeks. The leaves did not yellow either. It might be good for some peoples budgets on SANE @Taali

Re: Tabaluga's
