@Chasingsunsets yes acupuncture was good. Walked home from clinic. A bit worn out today. Have been slicing up red papayas for my morning liver rescue smoothies this afternoon. Am watching a webinar tonight

The first ever physio I went to about 12 years ago, was shite. A real B. A sports nut, not good with rehab. @Chasingsunsets So, I stopped.
Since being on NDIS, it made sense to try another place, and I guess they liked the return business. I was was active doing Guerilla gardening and did the clinic's garden throughout COVID. I was always happy to work and exercise to help with my neck and back condition. Two physios there really respected me. Kept me going through very difficult times. Spoke about their own frustrations, so were both real and professional with me. I got to understand a wide variety of their approaches. Both left clinic for their own issues, but were each with me well over a year.
I also learned Basic tenet of NDIS, and learned about "choice and control". If they are bad to me. I leave.
Do what you have to do. Current guy is good. New clinic. Charges a little more, but is quality and I get to jump on a bike for 10 minutes.

@TAB well done tabby. Just sitting in car waiting for gathering. Got a headache from cold. Was difficult day. Had admin kicking up fuzz over nothing and a difficult client. Hope you're resting comfortably. Take care
