@DownMoreThanUp I am an advocate for vaccinations, flu and otherwise. I had bronchitis 2 years ago, the same year I wasn't vaxxed. Prior to that was 10 years ago when I wasn't getting the flu shots. Coincidence maybe but I don't want to be as sick as I was with bronchitis.

Herbal remedies are great but having tried them myself for various things, they don't work for me. If they work for you that is really good news x

Hello @TAB @StuF just dredged my meridians with bian stone and am about to use my tuning forks to balance my chakras. Its part of my getting ready for sleep routine. Its very calming and relaxing. Also took some herbs to settle my mind tonight. Was so happy with this new audio that clears the subconscious mind of childhood programming. Its been Day 1 and has been powerful so far. Have not checked out the free course the psychologist put out but looked into his video explanation for telltale signs as an adult that you were raised in a narcissistic family. Wish I'd come across this information sooner. Nevermind, it was not meant to be. Just keep plugging away!!! Yeeha! Goodnight everyone!

Yes @Taali I do follow the AFL and am a Swans supporter. Same as @StuF . Really disappointed with "the Pullman 5's" recent behaviour, and fully support them being stood down. Sadly I think it spells the end of any premiership hopes they might have had. Though I suspect they were always slim at best.

@Taali I've long since given up trying to work out what is allowed and what is not. It seems ridiculous a lot of the time and having been "put on pause" several times in the past 12 months I gave up trying! Now I just post and if it's not allowed I just go along with it. Not worth the drama anymore.

@TAB knows what I mean.

It can also depend on who is moderating but I won't get into that because I will probably be "paused" again!
