The last school I worked at in Rosewater had a trade training centre associated with it. You've probably heard of it.

Can't name it here but they did a great job.

Run by mainly men who had lived experience in the field, which was much better than plain regular teachers.

I hope that now you're on the payroll it'll be easier to move forward from there.

Yeah I'm a retired teacher 'coz the sector I worked in sort of pushed me out ( I'm being cautious here) I ended up suicidal admitted to psychiatric hospital.

Rosewater near grand junction road, is where the trade training centre was.

I wish I'd been stronger and taken action but I just couldn't.

Well I for one can't make heads nor tails of the moderation process here.

I used what I thought was a non-triggering term which was blocked and also used "suicidal" which I thought might be pushing the boundaries somewhat but was posted.
