Hello @Historylover how are you??? Yes the bees or wasps were next door on the weekend but I took your advice again and sprayed the crevices around my house with double strength vinegar mixed with water. Not a problem so far, but had mice a couple of weeks ago so had the exterminator out for that. I hope youve been doing ok. How have you been coping with the akasthesia. It must be awful to live with. I had it on the "Big H" depot but it went away. I guess I was lucky in that respect but have had other ongoing issues with meds in the past which have been yuk. Yes happy birthday to us! If I am correct going by astrology your birthday is around 1st - 3rd September. I cant remember the exact date, just going by the sabians in astrology as its easy to remember so I know its over one of those few days. What are you doing for your birthday? I dont know what I'm doing. Buying a birthday present for myself!!! lol. Ho hum well might buy another tuning fork to add to my collection of self care items I dont know??? Anyway I guess I will go off and have a walk. Let me know what is happening in your world
