just been to physio . I aggravated old should injury few weeks back, increasing weight at gym too quickly. did dift strength tests then got given exercises.

Off to library soon to get stuff printed off. It might come in handy when back at Tafe. It's just some notes from Trainer course about assessment, which will be looking at Friday.

Dark and miserable here. had 20mm rain since like 6am yest. @StuF @Meowmy

going to attempt to un-yellow headlights. probs 7years old tops, too much time in sun plus put coating onit supposed to protect; think it ate protective coating off,well could see film coming off

one looks good, other one was worse than before touched it, so did again. its got layer of plastic that hasnt come off yet , just with rough spots and holes , could to have to polish it out at some some stage. guess 1 worked by looks (was internet method w toothpaste and sealed w car wax lol) think try proper one next time. had bought a kit but lost he polisher things. but can get on ali-whatsits ..

done what can for now anyway @StuF think cuppa then nap. starting to feel apprehension re TAFE again. rang dude yest , said will do 2 days (I didnt tell them was going to do 3 more) then changed motel booking. later on thought , crap should have only said the one day ha ha . see what happens
