I just put away my produce earlier than usual. I think i will try and do that in future i just get tired on these meds by the end of the day. My bench is clear. Got to organise cupboards tomorrow

Couldnt be bothered doing much more today @TAB feeling like i just want to flake out lol. These meds! If i forget to take them at night im full of beans the next day. The shift is quite dramatic

@StuF am listening to teeth regeneration off you tube. Have been listening every day now. Got a dental appointment the middle of next month. My teeth feel stronger. Trying to avoid a costly visit if possible. Will keep listening. Thinking i may have to take out a loan
