well, ya gots ta do wat ya gots to do @Taali brother is a member and got prison bars, pirate beer , etc etc but hes on $300plus k , house paid off and $100k plus super pa if ever retires so getting prison bars for him like me buying an iced coffee lol

ok washings on, sheets not washed in months @StuF @Meowmy gave car a quick blast w hose as looks like stray condor or pelican dropped a quarter pounder on window and door ffs ..lol

Just been for a walk this morning and baking a sweet potato pizza now. Have been listening to an audio that has sound frequencies that heal DNA and extend telomeres. I feel as if I have more vitality and more vibrancy and youthfulness now. Its really wonderful. Makes my walking easier and am able to do more around the house. Not tired anymore. Got to do the kitchen floor this afternoon. My kitchen is a mess
