@TAB I watched the first few mins of each video and had no idea it was that bad. I thought most stuff in supermarkets was unhealthy and cook from scratch. But its obviously worse than I thought.

@TAB a lot of foods like flours have insect meal in them now. I have an app that scans barcodes for insect meal. You just get out your phone and place it near the barcode on the product and it will tell you what product it is and if it has insect meal in it. Do you want the name of the app?
