@heartathome hey heart it is a tough gig isnt it being the mum of someone who is mentally ill no matter the age it is still wearing. dont get me wrong i love my son with all my heart but it is exhausting. good your son has the capacity to work i wish mine did he is unable to basically because well he is incapable.... just getting out having a coffee at a cafe going for a walk with his support workers and interacting with the public is work enough for him. then he retreats into his imaginary world which he believes him and his family belong.

Hello @StuF just baked a sweet potato pizza. Have been checking out a high security VPN the government, military, media and hospitals use. Wasnt happy with my VPN. The info came through a few weeks ago in an interview, looking to migrate across to them and use them for e-mails as well and ditching Proton, the biggest load of "security" B.S. Will sign up soon
