I must say I don't like the way images are handled now @TAB . When I saw this post last night all there was was the @StuF with no mention of an image loading...so I did wonder what that was all about. Anyway, image showing now which makes it all make sense! (Whinge over)

@StuF good morning to you! Got most of the kitchen cleaned yesterday now tackle cleaning the floor. Someone in the UFO community was handing out free lightning ridge opals yesterday to mediate with. I put in a request and will see if I an claim this beautiful specimen for meditation. Its not often that someone does something for me so will be realy happy if I get selected to be a recipient of this crystal

Good Morning @TAB just doing Pore Breathing and Qigong for the water element. Did my Eden Energy Method earlier feel a lot better. Dont want to clean kitchen floor lol. Give me some motivation

you can clean my floor if you like @SmilingGecko after finally taking bags of cans out have a bit more room to move and can see dirt that was underneath. Gave them to some lady who has a sign up in their yard. first time she didnt come out and chat , so she got to keep the bags and boxes, not give them back like last time. shes a churchie.
cancelled gym w physio. not feeling it today. dirty cos cant wash with heart monitor.
