I went to local shop, then butchers . Their lamb shanks around half price of supermarket. I told them. They offered that the only reason they can do that price is cos the k!ll their own ie whole vertical production thing. anyway got a few other things. be interested to see what real country bacon is like after garbage been eating. ok got addicted to it. @Taali .

Then, on a whim , drove 20ks to next town to clean them out of IGA specials lol saved $10-20 on cat food.

..ust did the 'healthy' version of unhealthy ..ie didnt throw pie in microwave and eat half warm, cooked mash, peas, carrots and gravy. best mash Ive cooked in years. last few attempts pretty ordinary. Am trying to cut down on additives. re veg. and getting better bread plus going to local butcher.

read story on bread in aust they ranked bakers delight #1 along with normal bakeries allothers even flour is no good, plus additives.

Funny. People wonder why French people not fat despite eating so much fat. cos its not processed guess. was show on tv yest w. Eva Longoria in Paris checking out Bagettes. by law they have to be made on site at bakery , within certain distance etc plus only real ingredients. might help eating real bread ??

cant remember if took vegemite to Germany . @Taali def took australian tea so they could turn their nose up at it. and no one believed it snows in aust ha ha

oh , its been humming away in background for weeks now @StuF I keep getting cures cures out and putting it off . had huge nap b4 like sleep of dead. could have been anywhere in space and time for few hours. finally took cans to charity place. workgear turned up for ob if it ever comes through found huge sizes, will take to local or bigtown seamstresses and get adjustments as needed like shortening legs etc went for max waist which may even fit over gut let alone under it lol will wash everything then get a plan. so I will be ready if they every ring and saw f2f /chat/go to work. Not like other times. still have cheap boots. no shirts fit anymore. nor pants .

Just banked out numbers end went for something that would likely fit. ok brands too. Got online. can work for somethings. still getting caught w others, got 1/3rd size wooden mallet its a young kids toy ffs.it can go with half size mortar and pestle lol glad some things starting to give dimensions but yeah

wood splitting time. maybe hydration after. shee- ite , near time to light fire already. wherem does the day go doing nothing, as @Taali says..
