@PeppiPatty Kung-fu lady, I watched this yesterday on what exercises to do. I've seen a lot of strength training on you tube but this was the most comprehensive Ive ever seen for older women and designed by a therapist who knows something about ageing and physiology. No gym required. It originally appeared in a fitness summit but its just a single video on how to get started
