Just cooking some granola. Gee prepackaged granola is so expensive. I cant eat it anyway due to gluten and sugar. I think its $10 a box from memory. Ridiculous! A big bag of gluten free Bobs Red Mill rolled oats lasts forever. I buy from iherb. You cant get gluten free oats in Australia you have to buy online from overseas. I am doing a batch now its going to get me through the week. I have mine with banana milk. Its diabetic friendly because it has rolled oats not instant which causes sugar spikes and I reduced the maple syrup slightly. I do portion control so 1/4 of a cup served with berries. The aroma is amazing.

Thats an amazing screen capture of simulated flying @DownMoreThanUp I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed better days yesterday with your family. I dont know much about computers. I defer to my tech wizard if I have problems. I have an Apple desktop which holds a lot of appeal for me with its easy user interface. I have bought several over the years, all factory refurbished to keep costs down. I've only required my technician a few times over the years to install my old data onto replacement computers or to dust the inside of the unit. But Apple are really good.

@MissGremlin the texture and taste doesnt come out as good as commercial brands but its healthier. Driving the neighbours mad with cooking aromas wafting around the place lol. I hope you are enjoying a nice day. It was freezing this morning but sunny skies with a crisp breeze now. Watched a presentation on osteoperosis bone training exercise yesterday. I thought it may not be ground breaking but it was put together by a physical therapist who knows how the body works and the areas likely to fracture with old age. She had a lot of equipment you can buy on amazon. The devices she used were affordable and what she did with them had all areas of the body covered. I was quite stunned. They were easy to do and accessible but multiple variations with so many strength training combinations. I did not know you could do all that with your body. Funny! I think I will be doing them. I want to be a kung-fu old lady lol. Saw an old friend I used to know from Canberra online the other day. She was very ill when I knew her and her hubby had since died but she has been doing some amazing things in her line of profession. I was glad to see she was still going strong as she used to struggle. The death of her husband I knew a while ago. But saw a convention she was appearing on in a few months. She was told to get her affairs in order 20 years ago and yet she outlived her partner
