i had a much better day all up. A lot less anxiety overall, although sleep is still poor. Been a bit up and down my mood but more on the up side than the down.

Made myself a nice pan of Dutch style pea soup. Thick, with smoked hog, and smoke sausage, and ham. It was delicious. Going to take our Daughter out for lunch tomorrow. Give some to her and my wife for dinner i made heaps, fro i loved it it. but it is a bit harsh on the gut.

Been reinstalling on a linux distribution on her laptop for she forgot the password, and so did i, and i couldn't get it undone my security mindedness. i always enjoy doing that but this time turned out frustrating for a lot of the arch linux distributions, i got all my handy scripts for, somehow wouldn't work on her (cheap as,) laptop no more. However i found a new one one i hadn't heard about Arch, and Openbox window manager. Ideal for i know her laptop will easily run that. Been impressed. Light weight. Fast. Responsive. Nice looking desktop. Good all over. and all Arch's apps work like a beauty on it.

i did a bit of flying on Micro(gone)soft Flight simulator. i have not been in the mood much for playing games. By flying is relaxing. i always wanted to be a pilot.
