hey @TAB the appointment went ok, first appointment so i was very nervous and emotional. but she was nice. she is still working on what to tackle re my mental health issues. glad it is warming up where you are, think we still have a few days in the negative temp.

that is not to bad at all @TAB a town north of me got to -10 a few days ago. it is crazy weather. we warm up for the next few days, then we get another cool change.

hahahahaha @TAB yep, pretty much in the West of NSW, it is almost desert. hot days and cold nights. love the warm days, execpt in summer. 45+ gets a bit much.
