Something’s not right

Noone knows what I'm talking about

Noone knows what I'm talking about

I have bipolar disorder and type 1 diabetes and cbt does not work. I have a document from a therapist who has bipolar who said it doesn't work for their bipolar. I can't find anyone who knows what to do. I've looked at the alternative therapies and they are not viable. I'm not a writer and I can't afford therapy. Talking doesn't help. Psychologists are actively mean to me.

I can't hold a job because I'm never allowed any leeway for something I can't control. I can't relate to a doctor who has bipolar since I didn't even finish high school because I couldn't handle it. I can't relate to anything I've read and I do t understand what I'm supposed to do. No one hears what I'm saying, I get harassed by random ppl every time I leave my home, and the bloke who happened to help make me ruins my food at any available opportunity. And no one believed me when I sat any of it.

Apparently, I'm so creative I thought all if this up all by myself.

I'm medicated and I'm still broken. What am I supposed to do?

Hi @Former-Member

I hear you.

I'm sorry to hear how hard things are at the moment. It sounds like there are so many challenges you are facing

How are you feeling now? How long have you been living with Bipolar and type 1 diabetes?

Sending love and strength
