Just wanted to make this thread so I can write whatever I want and talk to people without taking over everyone else’s threads or like derailing conversations for everyone else.
just gonna post what I would normally post elsewhere but all in the one place I guess

Kids are hard to cook for, full transparency my kids only ate the chicken not the coleslaw or the sweet potato chips

that’s nice of you @fluffylight did a lot of caring for my siblings (non officially) for a long time learnt to cook for them from a young age (was only oven potato gems)
always listen to music while I cook sometimes podcast with headphones 🎧 depends on what’s happening in my house at the time busy place around here

Oh yes I have learnt how to cook myself to feed they bellies. How many siblings do you have? Are you the oldest? I'm the oldest so naturally everything falls onto me.

I like that idea, music brings peace to me. How about you?

There’s 12 of us, depends on who you count will answer if I’m the oldest, I have many halfxand step siblings, there will be more of us out there for sure…
dad was pretty transient in and out different partners, mum and dad were on and off so I’m sure I’ll have more siblings out there,
but I was always the oldest kid in our house @fluffylight took on a lot of parental responsibility

I only have two siblings but my dad had 6 others.

ehh wouldn’t call them connections, biological relations maybe but definitely very little connection to some of them @fluffylight
make of that what you will, some of them just aren’t worth speaking to some of them I would like to speak to

Not really…. Anyone under 18 is in the care system and that is very difficult to manage @fluffylight
