no I like my job when I’m there
but I don’t like that I feel anxious in the morning and even the night before and I feel sick @Jynx
people are nice but that’s it I don’t really talk much more to them

@ArraDreaming hmm.... you ever done like, a visualisation exercise? You can try to picture yourself when you're already at work when you start to feel anxious. Like try to really picture that feeling, and remind yourself that you will be ok once you get there.

Can't always have work friends for sure - is there anyone there tho that you could picture being mates with?

Yeah but I try talking to people and I just look like an idiot so it’s just easier not to I’m polite people but never start a conversation unless it’s about work cause I got nothing good to say
