Introducing myself I'm new here

Hi

I'm not sure how this works but I'd like to contribute. How does it work?

Hey @spyprah ,

Great to see you here.

The forums are a bit challenging to navigate to start with, but as you become more familiar with it, it's pretty stock standard in terms of the format.

However, I do have to say I love the connection on the forums. I was a member for a number of years before working for SANE. I found the forums so meaningful as part of my recovery.

Please take care,

tyme

Re: Introducing myself I'm new here

Welcome @spyprah and @SLARBERT Great you found us here. To contribute go to the forums page Mental Health Support Forum In Australia - Sane forums and you can navigate from there into discussions that interest you or create your own by selecting a thread to join from the lived experience forum or friends, family and carers forum.

Hope this helps.
