Fright night
So I have been having a really bad couple of weeks, which says a lot for me. My standard background level of “awfulness” is around 9/10 so things have been off the chart. The self destruct dial has been turned up full volume and last night I thought I may have succeeded. Maybe it’s true what they say about near death experiences. It made me think about my partner of 20+ years and how this would affect him. I don’t have many people in my life, but I know this would destroy him. It also made me this of how chaotic my life looks atm. I was really worried about what people would think about my very messy house if I hadn’t woken up this morning. I still hate myself ( probably even more after this week). I still believe that the world sees me as a vile worthless waste of space ( definitely a waste of Medicare funding that could be spent if people who deserve help). But I don’t want to die like this. I really don’t know how manage this either. All I can do today is try to tidy my home a little ( which is slow going as I’m a little bit unwell and will take some time to recover )
PS Do we have any psychiatrist who specialise in BPD in Australia?
