ADHD PTSD ANXIETY DEPRESSION ANGER

ADHD PTSD ANXIETY DEPRESSION ANGER

31 year old female here… diagnosed with the above. I’ve lived with it my whole life like everyone else has had to live with theirs. I duno how to start this off… I appreciate my life but at the same time I am so fkn tired and depressed and angry and alone, why do we have to feel this way? Medication after medication, I’ve got no friend groups, the only friend I have I think I’ve scarred/scared them to ever leaving me… what do I do? I don’t necessarily not want to be here but sometimes wouldn’t it be easier? I don’t want the couple of people I love to hurt forever. I’m just confused, I’ll re read this tomorrow and not remember what I’ve written. Any suggestions? X

Hello. Yes it is easy to be our own worst enemy.

I personally believe keeping your condition private and confidential is essential.

The only person who needs to understand ADHD is yourself.

Don't exagarate. Don't feel you don't have control.

Its not the ADHD you should be focused on.

Focus on what is not affected by ADHD.

Your general day to day life can be fulfilled without being weakened by ADHD.

Your brain can't be turned off or on.

Your brain will always function.

Yes you can start again.

Just don't ruminate.

Kind Regards

Wordman
