yeah... just like @Former-Member ,
I can't keep on top of it all. Life has become a deluge, and there's no Moses to hold back the tide for me.
The irony is, I once carried out tasks for others that today I can not do for myself! Mental illness has seriously flipped my world inside out and upside down, and I haven't come to terms with it yet. @fluffylight

Ah I can much relate with what you're saying @Kyle1
I have struggled with meeting my own needs because of the irony you describe. Sometimes offloading/ sharing with someone what is needed to be done has helped me.

I felt like that last night too ,kind of thought it might have been the coffee I had ,or maybe day light savings
