I think I might be dying

I'm gonna be signing off soon @ArraDreaming but I'm sending you many hugs and hope that you are able to get off to sleep okay. I think it's like @Birdofparadise8 says, you're extremely unlikely to die, so try to focus on what you can control and put the anxious thoughts to rest - something I do sometimes is to imagine myself putting the anxious thoughts into a box in my mind. Then whenever my brain tries to refocus on them I'm like 'nope, those are in a box until something can be done with them'.

Maybe watch something on tv or something to help distract yourself for now. I will talk to you whenever we're both on next. You will be okay 💜

I’ve only read the initial post, but I have had swollen lymph nodes. They are one symptom of potential cancer, but they aren’t conclusive.

I remember mine, I was having a consultation for jaw surgery when I mentioned it to my doctors, because by then I was in horrendous pain. I thought they would shove me onto a stretcher and wheel me in for scans or something, but they were super chill about it. They were so incredibly painful, though, I hope you’re feeling better soon.

My niece had swollen nymph nodes about 3 weeks ago. She had an ultrasound and there were some ear the bottom of her ear and a big on under her chin. It was very painful for her.

It ended up being linked to an infection in the body. So after a course of antibiotics, she was fine.

Seeing you have been unwell, you may have an infection. Go see your "lovely" GP.

Can Mrs Jay help you with finding another dr? You may need antibiotics. @ArraDreaming
