I think I might be dying
i was just googling what Happens if you have swollen lymph nodes and it said cancer.
I have one of them it’s really sore it has been for about a 3 days
can I maybe have cancer

It is super scary to consider the possibilities @ArraDreaming - at the end of the day, you can try to bring it back to what you can/can't control. If you feel you need to know now, then you can take steps to seek medical help from Nurse on Call or through the ED. If not, then try to remind yourself that you are still breathing, conscious, and in full control of your body, so you are extremely unlikely to die tonight. So then it's about trying to soothe, get some sleep, and tomorrow you can make a plan for next steps.
Whatever the case is, just focus on one step at a time.
