Hello, I just wanted to check in and see how you’re all doing? I’m struggling with PTSD and a addiction. I was sexually assaulted for a long period of time in my childhood and teenager years! I’m 33 years old now and still to this date I struggle to find helpful advice and I also struggle in finding directions. I feel like I have so much to give and teach others about how to survive and thrive on living with PTSD or whatever it may be.

@Unsaidprodigy It sounds like you are having a difficult time, my heart goes out to you. One of my possible diagnoses was CPTSD, but it has not been investigated enough to know for sure. I just want to encourage you to have a read around the forums and get involved. I am sure others would benefit from your help as you will from others.

Welcome to the forums, @Unsaidprodigy . I'm sorry to hear you suffered from CSA and that you have PTSD 😞
Do you have any professional support? Like a counsellor, meds, psychologist or psychiatrist?
And have you heard of the Blue Knot Foundation? It's for adult survivors of childhood abuse. Their number is 1300 657 380, between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. They have experienced trauma counsellors.
