my mums favourite colour was purple and my baby daughters middle name is after purple flower, purple flowers are special to me @Blackbird11

I’m so proud of myself, two achievements for the weekend, went to a gf social event and felt really good talking to people, AND I got a really big run in today and my one of my little kids running with me and he did so well runs faster than me

Congrats on the social event! I'm glad you felt good talking to people. It's good you wrote your achievement down so that you can remember it next time when you are contemplating whether to go or not.... as for running, if your boy runs faster than you, then I wouldn't want to have to chase him! @ArraDreaming

I was practically chasing him @tyme we did *km together and met the rest of the family at *km mark, then I looped back around and did another *km on my own.

i was tempted to run the other *km cause I had to go get the car but I was pretty done so I just walked that part haha

we want to start going park run together but the rule is parents and kids have to stay together and I’m not sure I can keep up?

@ArraDreaming Purple flowers are so very special 💜 I find the flowers that mean what they say, are the flowers for mother on mother's day. I lost my mum 13 years ago and she loved flowers too.
Good to hear you had a good time at GF outing, I know how hard social situations can be. Well done on the run too, that's a super effort🙌
