i usually just cut up the pork belly into cubes and coat it in something then put it in air fryer for 15 mins then put it into little buns @tyme works fast

Nah, my sister made them from scratch. And because I ate so many, she said I can make them next time because they take to so long to make - Dipped them in flour, then soy sauce and egg, then coated in panko crumbs.
btw, @fluffylight @amber22 are peer support workers on SANE.
@Blackbird11 is a Peer Guide - it's a awesome program whereby people who aren't working (or haven't been working in paid employment) are supported to re-enter the workforce. @Blackbird11 is from our first cohort. So they are spending some time on the forums to gain some experience and getting to know the community.
