Hahah the glow in the dark ooshies! Our freezer is full of those things because “if you freeze them they turn red” and its true!! We have about a 100 of those things I keep finding them!
Sounds like our kid, it’s tough, even tonight he kept asking for his “flag” for bed time and I seriously had no idea what he meant and even mrs jay5 had no idea what he meant, and kept saying “I need the flag why don’t you listen to me, my flag”
turns out, his craft activity that he did today (that looked nothing like a flag, and was a round non flag shape, he was calling it a flag)
So he got fully upset and we were panicky because the longer it took for us to find the “flag” the more upset he was getting and told us that nobody listens to him and would we just listen for once… so i get it!!
Also we love Bluey here too!! @tyme we measure in Bluey’s… but now our kid has also learnt that when you say a certain time eg 5 minute left of the game, he sets a timer @tyme

Yes!!!! That's my nephew! He gets so frustrated and upset about something and we inadvertently stir him up more because we just don't know what he wants! You described it to a tee!!! @ArraDreaming

we’re in this together! Haha sheesh those red ooshies, he asked me tonight “what would happen if I ate an ooshie” and now we should probably be counting them to make they are all accounted for @tyme

The kids don't have unlimited access to technology so they can't get timers with siri lol - or they would! @ArraDreaming
But this morning, in the tent, they were playing knock knock with siri. They told jokes all morning using my apple watch.

neither do ours but we have them on charge in our pantry so he knows where to find it, makes a bee line for it everytime we give any sort of time or “
We say “just give me a few seconds” and he starts counting the few seconds - my personal pet peeve lol 😂
Also our middle kid is going through “I want toast but I don’t want toast” phase where you hand over the toast they ask for and then say “don’t like” so then you take it back and they go “where toast gone” @tyme hahaha kids are HARD WORK! but it’s all worth it when you see them playing/doing karaoke/being nice to each other/loving the baby @tyme

Are you serious???? I'm so not going to tell my nephew that. When he was in kinder, the teachers made a little complaint about his 'toilet jokes'... such a typical boy thing with him.
Knock knock jokes with Siri are NOT cool at 5:30am! That's how they got hold of my watch in the first place - it was on charge while humans are supposed to be sleeping.
