when I am there I am mostly ok except for if I’m doing something new or if I don’t know how to do something or something like that happens but getting up, getting ready and driving there makes me feel so sick

it’s almost like as soon as I back out of our driveway I get this feeling in my chest and I feel like I need to turn around

That's sounds so unpleasant @ArraDreaming . What makes me wonder, is that you actually don't hate your job or anything.
I'm not a psychologist, but I reckon there needs to be some work around re-training your brain to link going to work with something pleasant.
I'll have a look at my psych notes and get back to you - oh, I mean when i was studying psychology..... notes my own medical psych notes lol.... those wouldn't be helpful for you.
Anyway, I'm logging off now. I'll chat to you later in the week... If I'm still alive to tell the story - being around 3 kids 24/7
