The thing is..Things are said for real regarding citizenship and immigration.
Then I have to pretend it's not said ..things like this afternoon .." you're going to the airport" leaving me distressed but if I say anything he denies it then tells me to take pills ...yet really I'm being told I'll be sent back to UK at some point in the future ..

I am just aware of how much stigma and games there are around mental health and try and do my bit to limit the bad stuff.
In the meantime there are different parts of the forum and other people in the community. There are useful events. Look around.
