I'm so sorry to hear about your trauma. Have you had any support from your GP or a psychologist or counsellor? I do hope others reach out here. It's a wonderful community where people feel safe and supported. I hope you stay around.

Hello ,
thank you , I’ve been through divorce , car accident, illness , family overseas and an autistic daughter , in a lonely loop of worry about my health causing anxiety.
