Hello, I'm new here. This post was the first to catch my eye because I'd also be really interested in any kind of chat service. Can I ask how a chat service could pose an anonymity risk?

Welcome to the forums.

In terms of your question about anonymity, our forums are anonymous which means we ask members not to share any identifying information. You can read about our Anonymity Guideline here: https://saneforums.org/t5/help/faqpage/title/anonymity

Members are welcome to create their own discussion thread so members can 'chat' with them e.g. Share a cuppa?

Alternatively, we do have a Peer Group Chat which runs every Thursday evening at 7pm AEST.
