Hi everyone, I have been constipated for a couple of days now and I have had a laxative yesterday. Nothing had happened. I went to the toilet a little while ago and now my head feels weird and I have no clue what to do. Please do not call the emergency services as I do not want them here. I am just looking for suggestions on what I should do. I have always had a bad tummy as that is how I was born.

Reminds me of a movie called (incidentally), "Constipation".
But it never came out...
Anyhoo, I used to suffer this as a child. I was taught to drink regular doses of water, and prune power.
Eat some prunes. Drink some prune juice.
Even coffee can help.
A more invasive measure is an enema or douche...
But I suggest try some good ole prunes and coffee first.
