I need help
I am so wound up.
Going to Queensland for 6 weeks, straight up, 2 days, me a passenger, hubby driver. I hate sitting for longer than 6 hours, but now am told doing it in 2 days, thats 14 hours driving per day.
Hubby has asked me to take a sedative, I hate the 5 lane freeways, they are insane and I’m not even driving, it is so stressful for me. I am highly sensitive and not regular by any means, I burnout on simple stresses. When we get
home it wont be for long because we are off again to the Blue Mountains for 7 nights, then on to Queensland from there for Christmas with hubby sister and all her family. Hubby built a
homemade caravan and its mattress is a shocker and the space is not even enough for one person to stand in, when I try to explain how I feel, I feel that and can sense that I come off as whiney
be otch. There is so much tension about how I want to explain how I feel when travelling. I have been asking for us to make a will for 5years now and still dont have one. I have threatened to go
no where without one, they will probably win out again on that. We have an autistic daughter and I feel having a Will made and all that stressful travelling is something that should be made. I
resent that no one listens to me. If this was all laid out in visuals and timelines I would be less anxious. I get talked at and then they frustrate, when I get stressed. I’m not built that way. The way I
am I’m not accommodated at all and get called negative. Sensitivity is weak in my family. I feel everything 100 more, I think and feel too much. I have a ndis plan for our daughter and that gets so
messed up when hubby wants to go touring and sorting making cancellations sends me into major meltdown. I know these are not first world problems. In my head they are for me. I resent my husband disrupting my daughter's ndis supports.
