Spasms
I had a bad night last night, we had a power outage so I could go to bed until after that as I need my CPAP. Power was back at 1am ish. I finished what I was doing. Locked screens on tablets and promptly fell asleep at the table - Not good for sleep apnea. Sister woke me around 4. spent next 3 hours dozing at table and fighhting going to bed. Finally I did and got like 4hrs sleep before power flicked off and on and my CPAP wigged out and woke me up.
I dont sleep well most nights. I get a few hours then Im up for several hours and get a few more. So a bad night like that I dont deal well with. I dont bounce back from quickly and I dont manage the day of well
I tried to take a nap midarvo, I had incredibly violent back spasms. Head and/or torso wrenched off bed. Head would be ripped from facing one direction to the other. I was kinda tossed about a little for lack of a better description. Its really painful, my back is in incredible pain to begin with, then you have muscles spasming with so much force your are thrown about quite a bit. It hurts, the rough movement, the violence, makes the pain your experiencing so much worse.
Its very frustrating, all you want to do is lay down and at least rest, preferrably get to sleep. But you cant cause you cant just lay still. You cant rest in a comfortable position long enough to fall asleep.
I couldnt fall asleep at 2:30 and when I tried around 11:30 I had the same results. Its 1am now and Im going to try again, Im now incredibly tired and quite desperate to sleep. I have to be able to sleep now. Its kinda what I do, I stay up I cant keep my eyes open and then go to bed. That way I dont have to spasms for long and can just fall asleep, usually this works, Ill see how it goes tonight.
