@ArraDreamingThe whole nature of life is impermanence. No matter how hard we want it, things will change, Our feelings, our physical surrounding, our health, our minds. When people leave, you are wanting them to stay, and wanting over something that can't happen is suffering. Feeling is good, it's what makes us human, and gives us hope and inspiration. When i am feeling down, I listen to a meditative story to help me to rebalance.
