There's no need to say sorry for your post, and you're not bothering anyone by reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so down on yourself at the moment. It sounds like things have started to feel really overwhelming.
Do you have someone you can speak to right now? What sort of supports do you have around you?
The other thing I'm curious about is what sort of things do you often do to help yourself feel better?
There are also some really helpful services you could engage. Unfortunately we are not a crisis service, but some places you can call now for support are;
