Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

My Sisters Suicide Attempt

My Sisters Suicide Attempt

Ive just posted another long post in Malens Babble. Ive highlighted a part with the above title in captials. I get my posts are a long read but Im hoping some of you can go to it and read that part and give me your thoughts. I dont like thinking what Ive posted and Ive sat on it for a really long time. I feel wrong thinking the way Ive posted. Im not looking for people to just say its ok to think it, I would like some honest feedback please

@ClockFace Hi just before I get into what you posted it might be good to put a trigger warning on that part just in case but that is just my opinion anyway I think it is understandable to think that way but maybe not helpful. Thinking about if someone really wanted to die or not kind of pushes aside the point which is that the person is suffering and needs some help. Wether or not she really meant it or not doesn’t really matter in the end because she is still at risk and still need support. Also I find that thinking about this sort of thing just brings up negative feelings for you which you may never get clarity for. Idk if I am making any sense it is 2;30am and I should be asleep so I might come back tomorrow with more thoughts but I am sorry you are going through so much it must be exhausting.
