Mood tracker app - suggestions please

Mood tracker app - suggestions please

Does anyone have any recommendations for a mood tracker app? My new psychiatrist wants me to track moods for awhile. The mind gauge one she suggested from Black Dog doesn't track mood on a number scale, which doesn't make it very useful for bipolar (but great for those with depression!)

I had a quick search but couldn't find anything.

Optimism I think does @mrkotter. Love that you've found a new psychiatrist you like💜🤗

You can also customise Optimism. I think it's been helpful for me

@mrkotter, @Former-Member .Yeh a little tricky to find exact fit..but for bipolar I went with e-moods app it tracks sleep, irritability, elevation & depression.
You can add meds, small notes.
But wasn't enough for me, so I also used mood tracker for changeable mood of day. Here u can rate from 1-5, plus add personal notes.
I started put well, but find I mostly add notes when I'm really down, or don't bother.

Hi @mrkotter

I know you have already gone for one, but I have used iMood Journal for nearly all of 2016.

It allows you to rate your mood from 1 to 10 (I am bipolar so I find this really handy) and presents it in graph format so you can identify patterns.

I think I had to pay a few dollars for it, but you can also set it to remind you to make an entry at certain times of the day (which is something I have always struggled with, I could never seem to remember to keep track)
