Hi @ArraDreaming

It is hard to express how you feel when you are having an anxiety/panic attack - also - the intensity is even harder to communicate.

However - it's coming across to me that you are feeling totally helpless and scared with all of this emotion - also - at this stage you don't know what's causing it.

It's really hard to sort through these feelings on your own - you do write well though - so my suggestion is that you write how you feel - sick - e.g. your stomach is cramped up in a ball - or your thoughts are so jumbled you can't get your ideas together - so thinking is hard and talking is harder. I don't know if this is how you feel - I do know anxiety though - so yes - I get it - I understand.

Maybe write it down and see your GP - that would be a starting point.

$7.50 is a lot to pay for a cup of coffee - it being dearer because it's a public holiday. I wouldn't pay that - maybe unlikely too - but probably not - when I can have a cup of coffee at home so cheaply -

It seems to be a sticking point though - you didn't see a sign saying the coffee cost more today - they didn't mention this before you made your purchase - I guess that makes you feel as if you were had.

It seems as if so much of your life is out of control - is your partner an understanding person and likely to listen to you if you opened up about your anxiety? You could ask - and don't sell her short - she might surprise you

Of course there is the cost of living increasing day-by-day and with two small children this has to be a rough time for many - this may be causing your anxiety as well -

We are here to support you - and we care.

I hope tomorrow is easier for you
