Sending hugs @Eden1919
I have been on sedating medication previously which really affected my life. I had been working prior but had to take leave from my employment as was too sleepy. I was told that I couldn't change my medication as I had to 'give it a decent trial period' of a few months. The sedation did reduce over time as my body got used to it, but not enough that I could function effectively, so eventually I was taken off it. How long have you been on the medication? I hope that the tiredness does at least reduce for you. I didn't have the complication of a treatment order at the time, so don't have any advice to help with that, sorry.
I have definitely been struggling with the constant exhaustion though for many years. Many people have tried to reassure me that I should just take it easy & focus on getting better, which frustrates me as I have many things I want to do. I am now managing better and being more accepting of the small things I am able to achieve. Those small bits of enjoyment and achievement are more important than what you are not able to do. I surprise myself somedays with what I am able to do, but usually need a few days recovery afterwards doing much less than normal. I hope one day my energy returns - but until then I am able to be mostly accepting of my limited energy budget.
Have you heard of Spoon theory? Understanding spoon theory helped me to be kinder to myself in accepting that it is ok to be low in energy. https://mentalhealthathome.org/2019/01/28/spoon-theory-mental-illness/
