Something is wrong with me
I feel like my heat is racing like I can’t breath properly
and I don’t know why
and I want it to stop
I think I’m anxious but I don’t know why cause I had a good day

@ArraDreaming I can hear that you're feeling quite distressed, and it's tough when you can't follow your instinct to go for a walk. If you have some restless energy, is there anything else you could do to get it out? Even like some star jumps or push ups could help in getting the blood pumping and potentially help you to feel a bit more on an even keel. Also giving SANE Drop In, or some other helpline a buzz if you feel you need to vent. Hope these feelings ease up on you soon 💜

I even tried my own space nobody is on there either nobody is on the chat j is at a meeting, nobody is responding here I HAVE NOBODY !!!!

@ArraDreaming I am sorry for presuming that's what you needed Jay. Unfortunately SANE's webchat is currently down while it undergoes some maintenance. It sounds like you could really use some support - could you give the Drop in service a call? Or use Beyond Blue/Lifeline's webchat service?
