i used to have SVT. (Tachycardia and my throat would become somewhat constricted.) One time I went to hospital it was racing at 230bpm.

The trigger for it happening to me was MSG.

But it can be other causes.

I ended up having an op as I became that sensitive i couldnt even eat tomoatoes. (Highest food with glutamate). It would last 1.5hrs unless I went to hospital for an injection.

It wasnt life threatening but such an awful feeling.

Feeling for you and hope it’s better now? If it were me i’d be checking how fast your heart is beating and maybe get a referral..
