I need to put the brakes on. Things are going very, very badly down hill. I need to be somewhere safe, but there is nowhere. After being sent away when turning up suicidal at the hospital what else am I meant to do?

I feel your frustration.
We are meant to have places to go to.
Sometimes they fail us and makes us spiral further down hill.
I hope SANE replies with a guide. They usually do.
If stuck call life line 13 1114.
If you feel suicidal tell them.
I am glad you are reaching out for help.

I'm not sure where you're located but sometimes safe havens can be helpful. Here is a link to some safe havens

Hey @Former-Member I found this safe haven in Vic, hopefully that's helpful. This link here has some info about other states.
The other services are digital and some of the Alt2Su groups are held over zoom.
