i can’t I can’t go to work I can’t I feel sick

drove to work feel sick feel anxious that I can’t breathe properly I don’t want to go thisits too hard I went inside to work just because they would wonder where I was now I am just in the bathroom i think I’m going to turn around and go home i feel so sick I can’t do this it’s too hard i cant go to work today someone please help

I feel like I can’t breathe properly and it hurts too much to stay here i want to go back home to my bed

I can see you you've posted several times about feeling sick at work. Can you talk to some one there to help you get home safely

It sounds like you are having a tough time going to work today and you are feeling overwhelmed with emotions at the moment. Have you tried some grounding or meditation to bring yourself back into your window of tolerance? What else has worked for you if you have been in this situation before?
