Hi @Tilly3 ,
Welcome to the forums. There are many others here who have a BP diagnosis. I hope you find belonging and connection here.
They will be able to provide some insight into what is happening for them.
Hope you hear from other community members soon.

Hi @Tilly3
I just wanted to reach out to welcome you to the forums - it’s great to have you here 💜
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been feeling so alone and in my experience, this can be a really tough and miserable place to be 💜
As such, I’m just so pleased that you decided to reach out to us here and I hope that you’ll find the sense of connection and belonging that you’re searching for 💜
A little while ago, one of our wonderful Community Guides @Shaz51 created a thread called Let’s Talk About Bipolar where members of our community can come together and share some of their experiences in relation to living with bipolar disorder 💜
As such, I’ve just shared the link to this particular thread below - just in case you would like to take a look and join in some of the conversations 😊
https://saneforums.org/t5/Our-stories/Let-s-talk-about-Bipolar/td-p/1023041
Also, just while I remember, one of the things that really helped me when I was new to the forums and still finding my way around, was that if you would like to chat with another forum member, or reply to one of their posts, place @ in front of their username just like I did at the start of my post to you i.e. @Tilly3 that way, they will receive a message that you have contacted them 😊
I hope that this helps you a little bit and please know that you’re always welcome to reach out to us here whenever you need to 💜
Take kind and gentle care of yourself,
ShiningStar 💜

Hello @Tilly3 , i have tagged you to the Bipolar thread
and also this is what one of the members wrote to share
Super late to the party with this post - Really glad to report feeling well and have been for some time.
Rather than just saying “I’m good”, I thought I might share a bit about what has been working for me to keep everything stable.
Hopefully someone out there will get some benefit out of this. If anyone has additional suggestions I’d love to hear them - something tells me there is a lot more that can be done to remain stable and keep working on improving our ability to live with this condition.
Much love to those out there still suffering or in the midst of a mood swing. I’ll be praying for you.
